ZaraThud Headings

8/7/11: Headings within Zarathud.org’s blog posts are stylistically & broken in terms of headings.

For usability, authors should be able to use Heading 1, Heading 2, etc. from the post authoring Kitchen Sing toolbar. Authors shouldn’t have to know or think about what heading level the post’s title is using.

For appearances, the heading should be styled appropriately!

We had a plugin for this; update it and employ it again.
